Araslöv, a historic estate now housing a resort in an unparalleled scenic environment. A short drive from Kristianstad, you will encounter a mix of historical and modern venues where the culinary experience is the focus. Here, food is served from morning to evening. With us, you will meet a warm and welcoming nature-inspired atmosphere, which is likely one of the main reasons we have so many returning guests. In addition to overnight golf players, conference, wedding, and hunting guests are part of our daily life at Araslöv.

For the 2026 season, we are now looking for dish/shuttle staff for our restaurant!

In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personnel.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in the dish area with common tasks. You will also assist the serving staff with tasks such as preparations, carrying plates, clearing dishes, and driving the shuttle.

Shuttle service is included round trip to our evening service for guests who have booked a golf package with us and are staying at our golf hotel. The golf hotel is located about 2 kilometers from the restaurant. We have both lunch and evening services, which allows for varied work, or you can choose to focus more on one area.

You keep things tidy, are used to working quickly and efficiently. Regardless of the task, every employee is equally important to us, and team spirit is highly valued.

Your Background/Traits

You do not need previous experience in the restaurant industry to apply, but we consider it a merit. A positive attitude and an interest in learning how the restaurant industry works can be sufficient.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and prefer that you are socially outgoing, have a strong interest in other people, and always strive to provide good service to our guests. You are a team player, stress-resistant, and take on new challenges with a smile.

A manual B driver's license is a requirement. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Information and Contact

This position is a seasonal employment, starting in early April and lasting until the end of September or mid-October, depending on agreement. The working hours vary from 50-100%. The working hours are scheduled for both daytime and evening shifts as well as weekends, so it is important that you can accommodate this.
